Hey everyone, long time no see. I was off shopping in Oregon and loving the “no tax” there:) Plus I hit 3 Nike outlets and multiple other outlet stores and got some great deals. I am slowly chipping away at my Christmas list, and just have a few more things to buy. Slowly but surely I will be ready for Christmas.
I was a good girl and I used the hotel gym while I was gone. Although it was a bit small and didn’t have a whole lot of options. I am pretty good about making it work with little to no equipment but sometimes it’s fun to have options.
So, I hit the treadmill for 2 miles and did some push-ups, squats, and bicycle crunches, then headed out to shop. I should have worn my Nike Fuel Band while I was away since I know I walked many miles doing all that shopping.
Does anyone else get exhausted while shopping? I can run a half marathon and be less tired than doing just one hour of shopping at the mall.
Anyways, the main reason for this post is to tell you how I am going to stay motivated in the New Year. I have decided to host another Dietbet challenge! I am so excited about this.
